Maundy Thursday Event 2026
Maundy Thursday is traditionally used to reflect on the events of the night before Jesus died. This usually involves reflection on either the Last Supper (Matthew, Mark, Luke) or the events of the Upper Room (John).
This event will consist of a pot-bless dinner, in which the Lord’s Supper is celebrated as part of the meal. This reflects how the Lord’s Supper was originally celebrated in the early church. In addition to the meal and the Lord’s Supper, a sermon will be given reflecting on the Upper Room event.
Date: Thursday, 2nd April 2026
Time: 6:30pm (Tanjung Tokong), or 7:30pm (Sungai Ara)
